By accessing and using the Site, you submit yourself to these jurisdictions and also acknowledge and agree any such claims, disputes and/or actions shall be governed by Louisiana law.
Collection and Use of Information
If you interact with our contact forms, newsletter/blog sign-up, download white papers, inquire about services, or otherwise interact with us via the Site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, company name, or other details. We will collect these as you submit them, and will use that information to communicate with you according to your inquiries, subscriptions, and requests. We will not sell or share that information with third parties. We may use your information to send periodic emails regarding our products and services, or for general follow up with you about relevant topics. You can use the Site anonymously.
If you would like to unsubscribe from our emails or newsletters, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will promptly remove you from correspondence as requested.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your PII. This does not include hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating the Site, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.
